IT was a lovely condo in a VERY nice complex right on the water. Two pools, hot tubs, etc. The condo had everything you needed and it was very clean with balconies and ocean views. Would stay again. Great kitchen.
Issues?, grill never worked even when we had the tank filled. Sta. TV never worked. We were stuck with JUST Netflix, after we called twice. Furniture really needs to be refreshed.

This was a last minute get away for my wife and I. Once the cleaning was done they let us check in early to start our mini vacation. The place has a perfect view of Zippers and the Rock. The wrap around patio was great with amazing views.

We had a beautiful time at this vacation rental. That location was perfect with it being so close to our favorite beach. You could literally hear the sound of the crashing waves while you sleep. The unit itself was clean and comfortable with a special mention to how comfortable the bed was. That is some thing that is very important to me since it will be, my home away from home bed for however long, so it was good that it was soft and comfortable. Everything in the unit was clean only small and minor things to mention which were so minimal that I don’t even know if I would mention them here, but for those that are curious, it’s just normal wear and tear that is to be expected in any rental unit, but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. The grounds were also very clean and up kept the pools were beautifully maintained, and the property grounds themselves work very quiet and secluded. If that is your thing, that being said, you will need either a rental car or to Uber to nearby grocery store but it’s not that far Also worth mentioning if this is your first time staying in Cabo San Jose then you will want to know that this is not an area that is a Party style area. This is more of a laid-back quiet get away from it all stay. Which is exactly what we were looking for. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Great unit. Just the right size for my husband and I. Unit was clean and just as described...beautiful views from every window. Kitchen was very well appointed. We stayed for about 5 weeks here and management supplied all paper products, etc. needed for the entire stay. Mykonos was just a short walk to Mama Mia’s restaurant...great place. Good food, great people and prices.

Wonderful bright unit facing the beach with additional balcony space. Full kitchen with newer appliances and well stocked. Mattress very comfortable and nice linens. The place was recently painted and immaculately clean. A minor issue with the bathroom taps was fixed immediately, the staff at Cabo Bound Vacations are very efficient and pleasant.
Mykonos Bay Resort is the perfect holiday venue on the quiet end of the beach, extremely clean with two pools and two hot tubs. Very well managed and round the clock security, the perfect vacation.

A very enjoyable 2 weeks! Really no complaints about the condo - Peter was quick to resolve any small issues that we encountered such as filling the BBQ propane tank. Condo had everything we needed. Yes, the highway is noisy, but it really didn't bother us. The property is getting older - there are small issues such as the jets don't work in one hot tub, but not a big deal. Grocery store is nearby and easy to access through Uber. Grounds were well kept and very clean. Loved whale watching from any of the three decks. We would love to go again!

Beautiful property. Had some minor issues that were never addressed although mentioned to management. Not very kid friendly (much to my surprise) but perfect for adults or older couples.

great place to stay. right on the beach. walking distance to several beach restaurants and surf school. short drive to old town San Jose del Cabo and groceries, other restaurants, etc. great views of ocean from my unit 503B. no problems with anything there.

Location and views from this property are amazing...just a few steps from the beach. Price is fair with the condition of the condo. Everything works and property manager was very responsible. Great place for a small family to stay and spend some days at the beach. Security of the complex is excellent!

The best parts of our stay were beach access, morning sunrises, 3 pools, location, and well maintained and attractive grounds. There was onsite security, gated entrance, elevators, a great gym. Parking is available, but we used Uber (cheap and efficient) and walking down the beach to restaurants, shopping, and sightseeing. I would give these amenities 5 stars. The highway is hazardous for walking and the road noise loud at times. The condo was average. No major complaints, but it was nothing special. Kitchen was well stocked, washer/dryer in the condo, 3 nice decks with furniture. The inside furnishings need replacement - bed, sofa & chair, bar stools. We brought in the deck chairs for more comfortable sitting. The entire unit needs painting and some maintenance to screen doors and shower door. The property management was responsive and permitted us to stay after checkout time due to a late flight out. We would return to this condo or recommend it to friends only if new inside furniture was purchased and the place freshened up.

People are incredibly friendly. Location is perfect for access to beach, golfing, fishing and dining.
The condo itself needs TLC. The screen doors are broken; they fall off the track and the screens are pulled away from the frame. Light fixtures are missing covers, and there is evidence of rusting. The kitchen faucet falls over. The main door won't stayed closed unless it is bolted, which is inconvenient when stepping out for a moment. The condo initially appears clean, as long as you don't look up.
Sounds like a place I would not want to stay. But, great location, friendly people, felt safe, pool and surrounding areas are well maintained and property manager was quick to respond to our needs. My hope is that this condo will receive the TLC it needs and we will be back.

We loved our stay at Mykonos Bay Resort! We would definitely stay again but not in unit 503B unless improvements are made! I asked for up to date interior photos several times prior to our stay, but I understand now why they weren't sent.The kitchen has modern appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. However, be aware of the ANTS. They are everywhere and get into everything. Pest control or ant baits are definitely needed.
The living room has a swivel TV with cable. The furniture is the worn down and uncomfortable, the worst we have ever seen on vacation. The sofa, spools, and table belong in the trash! The ceiling fan was very dusty.

Amazing views of the beach from both balconies, the unit was bright and very clean also comfortable mattress but furniture has seen better days. Ha d an issue in the unit that was repaired immediately as the management are really efficient. Mykonos is right on the beach and a 10 minute walk to two beach front restaurants. The unit is close to the highway so there is the constant hum of traffic but with sliders closed it’s quiet for sleeping. Overall a bright, private unit and a great stay!

Great views from all three decks. The condo could use some personality. No decorations anywhere. A few issues with dishwasher and new bedding would be a plus.

wow...this was such an amazing place with everything we needed close by. we were down in Medano earlier in the week and it was crazy and seemed like a super spreader event! I felt so safe and happy here. I surfed close by, ate at Flora Farms, dinner at 7 Seas, swimming in the sea at dawn. the room had wonderful views and three patios! bed extremely comfortable, kitchen complete and a washer and dryer! I would say a PREFECT three days here. the only downside is we had to leave!

The views from Mykonos 503B are awesome! The large balconies were a great surprise and we put those to good use. New BBQ and comfortable seating.
The facility pools, hot tub, beach, grounds were all in excellent shape. Very friendly staff. WE HOPE TO RETURN SOON!

I love Mykonos; This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the property, but the first time in this unit. It was clean and comfortable, with excellent views. The only thing I would suggest to the property manager is to add some towel racks or hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes when taking a shower
