Very Stark Unit

Drab, colourless, no thoughtful touches or attractive decor. Furniture from the 70's. First week, the plumbing under the kitchen sink gave in (cheap plumbing) and had to deal with a flood all over the floor and unable to use the kitchen sink for a day. I had to purchase a roasting pan to cook chicken. We asked the Management company for a kettle, SHARP knives for preparing food and a roasting pan and spare light bulbs which we received in our 2nd week. In our comment regarding the spartan decor - we were told by Management we should have studied the photos in more detail. We had a chance to view other units and it was amazing the difference a bit of colour can to to upgrade the unit. It's a good idea to have spare water jugs filled with water as the water is turned off and no idea when the water would come back on. No TV package to speak of. If you like netflix, etc - bring your own. No shower gel, shampoo, etc. A cheap bar of soap was provided. We had lots of toilet paper and the appliances were in good working order. The bed/mattress were comfortable. The property grounds were beautiful and well maintained and the location was great. We didn't use a car and a few times used Uber.

Decided to take my family of four to San Jose Del Cabo. The condo was perfect. Great location, very clean and well maintained. The only recommendation is stronger wifi. With everyone streaming nowadays there were quite a few interruptions. Regardless, we will be back.

A First Class Accommodation

Comfortable 3 bedroom condo with a spectacular ocean view! Nicely decorated and very clean. Just a few blocks away from shopping, groceries and restaurants. Condo had a view of pool and pool and jacuzzi were very nice. Owner was very easy to work with and very accommodating.

Basking in the Baja

We are a family of five, two adults, three 11 to 12 year olds and this accommodation was perfect for us - choice of three large pools, tennis court, gym , putting green and short walk to the supermarket and Palmilla - Costa Azul beach; incredible morning sunrises and evening moon rises; loved the tilework throughout the facility; probably one of the nicest places we have ever stayed. We had a rental car for a few days here but the local buses are cheap and way more fun and a good way to connect with locals.
This place always felt safe and was very clean - BBQs were handy as was in unit laundry. Met a lot of nice fellow renters and owners as well. Los Mananitas rocks !

Crazy location

This spacious property is ideally located, 300 metres to the beach, and with multiple pools and other amenities------Gym, Tennis, Basketball etc. The suite has a nice functional kitchen and is adequately stocked. The furnishings are a little spartan, but at this price point, it's an excellent option.

Upon arrival, management had taken care of everything. The necessities that you need immediately had been supplied.
The beds were perfect comfort with wonderful linens.
There wasn’t a table lamp in the bedroom for reading, I called management and a lamp was supplied within an hour.

Great rental

Our experience at this rental was very positive. Great location and beautiful amenities for all. Great staff, gym, pools and walking distance to grocery stores. Would definately stay again. Also well equipped with everything we needed in the unit.

Thanksgiving Week in SJDC

We stayed there with 2 adults, a 5-year old, and a 3-year old. It was awesome. The unit was clean and well appointed. PLENTY of ceiling fans, which is great. Thermostats in the living room AND the bedrooms (which is AWESOME). The kitchen had everything we needed (except for maybe a sharp knife, but that's to be expected). It's close to the local bus stop, grocery store, and bus line to Cabo. And the pools are amazing! We can't wait to stay there again!
